Program Description
The Ministry of Social Development, under the Bagmati Province Government, plans to implement a skill development program through the Provincial Youth Council (PYC) during the fiscal year 2080–081 B.S. The program aims to empower underprivileged youth by equipping them with essential skills, enabling them to secure employment or establish their own enterprises, either individually or in groups.
