Project Description :
The assignment was Training and Employment Services to economically poor & Socially discriminated youth in Nepal It was mobile approach based training where the training was organized in the convenient place for target group. The employment linkage service was self-employment and wage employment.
Skills and employment for youth with special needs and very poor youth which have been pre-selected by third party based on poverty criteria are skill trained. The training was based on the CTEVT 390 hrs curricula with skill testing from NSTB/CTEVT. It was mobile approach based training where the training was organized in the convenient place for target group.
The business skill and life skill training were provided to all the participants and short business plan was developed for the participants willing to establish enterprise.
Major Achievements : It was to implement in Bara, Makwanpur & Chitwan districts and to train 200Women.
